Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Benefit Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes timely and accurate benefit additions, terminations, and changes to prevent access to care issues
• Maintains knowledge of adjudication system functions to design configurations meeting client expectations
• Conducts quality assurance reviews and participates in process improvement and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning role-specific skills and processes
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to support compliance program objectives
• Consistent cooperative interaction with other employees
