Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Configuration Analyst to implement and modify client benefit setups based on specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop hierarchy levels in the PBM system for client setups and configuration
- Review and verify client setup accuracy in the PBM system
- Support quality reviews and testing of all benefit setups prior to client implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with benefits administration (configuration, setup, or implementation)
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry preferred
- Experience with Amisys and DST strongly preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
