Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for benefit configuration and administration for new and renewing Medical or Dental groups, the full-time Benefit Configuration Analyst will manage standard and moderately complex plans, ensuring high auto-adjudication rates while maintaining quality, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Facets benefit components for Medical and Dental groups
• Participate in meetings to validate Facets capabilities and ensure timely benefit configuration turnaround
• Perform quality audits and assurance testing on benefit configurations to meet departmental needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 - 3 years of prior Healthcare/Insurance experience, preferably with benefit building in Facets
• Knowledge of claims procedures demonstrated through relevant roles in the insurance industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Facets and Enterprise Benefit Tracker or similar health insurance systems
