Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring accurate benefit administration, the full-time remote Benefit Configuration Analyst will configure benefits in the claim adjudication system, support internal customers, and participate in process improvements while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Completes timely and accurate benefit additions, terminations, and changes to prevent access to care issues
• Maintains knowledge of adjudication system functions to design configurations that meet client expectations
• Conducts quality assurance peer reviews and participates in process improvement and training initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimal experience or training to begin learning role-related skills and processes
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to support compliance program objectives
• Consistent cooperative interaction with other employees
