Benefit Configuration Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end benefit configuration lifecycle, the full-time remote Benefit Configuration Manager will oversee operations within the QNXT platform, ensuring compliance and accuracy for Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange products while leading a team of configuration supervisors and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of benefit plans within the QNXT platform
• Direct annual benefit change activities, new product implementations, and regulatory updates
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; direct experience may substitute
• 8+ years of progressive experience in health plan benefit configuration using QNXT or a comparable platform
• 5+ years of experience leading configuration teams or operational functions
• Demonstrated expertise in Commercial, Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid benefit designs and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to create SQL queries for validation of benefit configuration and claims analysis
