Benefit Configuration Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tester, Benefit Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts benefit configuration testing for new client implementations and changes to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Maintains understanding of claims adjudication systems to test configurations and support internal customers
• Participates in process improvement efforts and contributes to the creation of training materials and policies

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning the role's skills and processes
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to support compliance program objectives
• Capable of interacting cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
