Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Enrollment Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients through the enrollment process and updates to health care and/or pension plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and message center
  • Read and interpret plan documents and knowledgebase tools to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a customer service-related field
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple computer windows
  • Comfortable working remotely and engaging with managers virtually
