Benefit Design Analyst

Job Summary

Executing the build and implementation of benefit plan adjudication requirements, the full-time temporary Benefit Design Configuration Analyst will develop expertise in platform applications, configure complex business requirements, and ensure accurate testing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the build and implementation of benefit plan adjudication rules
• Coordinate the integration or conversion of new clients and products under tight deadlines
• Develop best practices and standard operational procedures for benefit plan configuration

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data
• Knowledge of project methodology, including Agile practices
