Benefit Design Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Design and System Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve tickets in the claims processing system efficiently
• Identify and correct Benefit Design errors and perform financial audits
• Facilitate benefit designs for new clients and communicate with various teams regarding benefit designs and data files

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a PBM environment or related field
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to Protected Health Information (PHI)
• No supervisory responsibilities
