Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Fair Associate to educate employees about their benefits and encourage utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage booths at client outreach events and benefit fairs
- Serve as a moderator for webinars and virtual benefit fairs
- Deliver live general benefit webinars and provide post-event feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, promotions, or hospitality preferred
- Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
- Availability to work part-time based on client events, especially during peak season
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone and within 30 miles of a major airport
