Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Fair Associate to educate employees about their benefits and encourage utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and manage booths at client outreach events and benefit fairs
  • Serve as a moderator for webinars and virtual benefit fairs
  • Deliver live general benefit webinars and provide post-event feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, promotions, or hospitality preferred
  • Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
  • Availability to work part-time based on client events, especially during peak season
  • Located in the Eastern Time Zone and within 30 miles of a major airport
