Benefit Funding Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end financial operations for client-funded benefit programs, the full-time remote Benefit Funding Manager will architect a scalable payment integrity program, manage invoicing, oversee account reconciliation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the movement of benefit funds, ensuring transaction accuracy and timely disbursement
• Own client invoicing and reconcile complex claims bank account transactions to maintain financial integrity
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of benefit funding operations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or payment operations, preferably in healthcare
• Experience mentoring junior staff and managing cross-functional workstreams
• Extensive account reconciliation experience with proficiency in data tools like Looker
• Proven ability to build sophisticated financial processes in fast-paced environments
• Technical aptitude with experience in Asana, Jira, and collaborating with Product/Engineering teams
