Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end financial operations for client-funded benefit programs, the full-time remote Benefit Funding Manager will architect a scalable payment integrity program, manage invoicing, oversee account reconciliation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the movement of benefit funds, ensuring transaction accuracy and timely disbursement
- Own client invoicing and reconcile complex claims bank account transactions to maintain financial integrity
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of benefit funding operations
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or payment operations, preferably in healthcare
- Experience mentoring junior staff and managing cross-functional workstreams
- Extensive account reconciliation experience with proficiency in data tools like Looker
- Proven ability to build sophisticated financial processes in fast-paced environments
- Technical aptitude with experience in Asana, Jira, and collaborating with Product/Engineering teams
