Benefit Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the analysis and monitoring of provider behavior, the full-time Benefit Management Analyst I will work remotely to promote appropriate care to members while controlling costs for clients, utilizing SQL and maintaining documentation of departmental activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze provider data to identify performance outliers and communicate findings to relevant staff
• Maintain organized internal information and document results of departmental activities
• Develop action plans to enhance benefit outcomes while managing costs and conduct random chart audits

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in math, statistics, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant job experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills for solving routine problems
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
