Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Marketing Analyst, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts to determine competitiveness and viability of client benefit packages
• Develop RFP and marketing presentations based on carrier insurance proposals
• Maintain accurate records in client-management software and provide support for Senior Analysts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of three years of experience with group health/life insurance carriers or brokers
• Proficient in Excel and technically savvy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Intuitive, growth-minded, and able to take initiative
• Possess industry fluency and a strong understanding of insurance
