Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Marketing Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts for clients, assessing competitiveness and viability of benefit packages
• Develop RFPs and marketing presentations based on carrier proposals to align with client objectives
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure alignment with strategic business goals

Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating carrier contracts
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple complex projects
• Technically proficient with advanced Excel skills and experience using digital tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred
