Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate insurance contracts for clients and assess the competitiveness of benefit packages
• Develop RFPs and marketing presentations aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with the sales team to support strategic business goals and maintain client management records

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex projects
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with digital tools for workflow optimization
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred
