Job Summary
To support a growing Benefit and Marketing Team, the full-time remote Benefit Marketing Analyst will evaluate insurance contracts, develop marketing presentations, and collaborate with the sales team while leveraging technology to optimize processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts for clients and assess the competitiveness of ancillary benefit packages
- Develop request for proposals (RFPs) and marketing presentations based on carrier proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Maintain accurate records in client management systems and provide backup support for Senior Benefit and Marketing Analysts
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate carrier contracts and provide strategic recommendations
- Technically proficient with advanced Excel skills and experience in optimizing workflows using digital tools
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred
