Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Benefit Marketing Analyst will evaluate insurance contracts, develop marketing presentations, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize client services and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts for competitiveness and viability of benefit packages
- Develop RFPs and marketing presentations based on carrier proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance quoting processes and workflow efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate carrier contracts and provide strategic recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with digital tools to optimize workflows
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple complex projects
