Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Navigator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for insurance inquiries from associates and patients
• Manage patient responsibility estimates, POS collections, and assist with financial assistance applications
• Educate patients on insurance benefits and available payment options, and provide cross coverage to patient access departments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• Five years' patient access experience: Preferred
