Benefit Plan Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical and operational support for benefit and wellness programs, the full-time remote Benefit Plan Analyst will focus on vendor support, plan administration, financial analysis, compliance, and program effectiveness while collaborating with the Benefits team and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Supports vendor and partner Request for Proposal (RFP) activities and reviews performance against service level agreements (SLAs)
• Conducts benefit billing audits, analyzes plan data, and prepares reports for budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assists with regulatory reporting and compliance activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of benefit programs and established processes
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting related to benefit plans
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate RFP activities
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for benefit programs
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation preparation
