Benefit Plan Build Specialist

Job Summary

Constructing and implementing new benefits plans, the full-time remote Benefit Plan Build Specialist will manage system configurations, research plan provisions, and collaborate with the Implementation Team to onboard new clients across various states.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement system configurations in accordance with benefit plan descriptions
• Research and clarify ambiguities in plan provisions, ensuring conformity to group intent
• Coordinate the development of solutions for system-related issues and assist in testing for new and renewing clients

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of benefit plan build experience or recent Claims Examiner/Processor experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology, including CPT, HCPCS, and ICD codes
• Experience with benefit application and plan building for health plans required
• Proficiency in standard computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
