Benefit Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and counsel employees on their benefit options via inbound and outbound calls
• Enter employee and enrollment information into systems and complete paper applications as needed
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve outstanding issues in collaboration with supervisors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent telephonic communication skills
• Working knowledge of insurance products, including core and voluntary benefits (preferred)
