Benefit Service Representative

Job Summary

Assisting employees with benefit inquiries and enrollments, the full-time remote Benefit Service Representative will conduct telephonic reviews, manage service requests, and ensure comprehensive understanding of benefit options.

Key responsibilities

• Review and counsel employees on individual benefit options through inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule benefit reviews and enter enrollment information into appropriate systems
• Maintain customer service standards by resolving outstanding issues and adhering to quality assurance practices

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent applicable experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, based on client requirements
• Working knowledge of insurance products, including core and voluntary benefits preferred
