Job Summary
Providing system and data support for Employee Benefits, the full-time remote Benefit Systems Support Specialist will manage user training, system troubleshooting, and process improvements across various benefit systems.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with senior management to prioritize system and data support initiatives for Employee Benefits
- Analyzes systems for enhancements and conducts user training on benefit systems
- Creates and reviews process documentation and conducts periodic audits of system data for quality assurance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) or more years of related work experience
- Experience in insurance industry or health plans operations
- Familiarity with BenefitPoint, Salesforce, or similar agency management systems
