Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Systems Support Specialist who will provide system and data support for Employee Benefits operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide user support and training for Employee Benefits systems, including troubleshooting and data management
  • Analyze systems for enhancements and conduct testing to improve processes and functionality
  • Generate reports and maintain data integrity while collaborating with IT on user access and license management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three or more years of related work experience
  • Experience in insurance industry or health plans operations
  • Familiarity with BenefitPoint, Salesforce, or similar agency management systems
