Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultative support to internal teams and clients in various stages, including sales support, implementation support, and ongoing client support
Collaborate and align with Product & Engineering for issue resolution and enhancements
Support customer success team(s) by collecting enhancement requests, reviewing updates from vendors, and coordinating training efforts

Required Qualifications:

6-8+ years' experience in COBRA, benefits billing, and/or TPA administration
Proven business and leadership skills
Ability to recognize and understand client business issues and guide solutions
Resourcefulness and exceptional client relationship management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
