Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Accounting Analyst to manage benefit costs and provide support for the Accounting, FP&A, and Cash teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll accounting, including reconciling accounts and providing reports
  • Track actual costs and cash spend for fringe pool costs and provide forecasted costs
  • Assist with special projects for automations and systems reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting work experience
  • Prior experience in various aspects of the GL and cost accounting
  • CPA license (inactive status is acceptable) and knowledge of government contracting preferred
