Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Accounting Analyst to manage benefit costs and provide support for the Accounting, FP&A, and Cash teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll accounting, including reconciling accounts and providing reports
- Track actual costs and cash spend for fringe pool costs and provide forecasted costs
- Assist with special projects for automations and systems reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting work experience
- Prior experience in various aspects of the GL and cost accounting
- CPA license (inactive status is acceptable) and knowledge of government contracting preferred
