Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with retirement benefits, pension, or 401K
  • Experience in handling high-volume calls
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel at an intermediate level
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program
