Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for the administration and support of employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including enrollments and compliance
  • Conduct audits of benefit records and support open enrollment execution
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues with stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in benefits administration for large programs
  • Strong understanding of payroll deductions and benefit taxation
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits systems, preferably UKG
  • Working knowledge of benefit-related laws and regulations
  • Experience supporting self-funded benefit plans
