Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for the administration and support of employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including enrollments and compliance
- Conduct audits of benefit records and support open enrollment execution
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in benefits administration for large programs
- Strong understanding of payroll deductions and benefit taxation
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits systems, preferably UKG
- Working knowledge of benefit-related laws and regulations
- Experience supporting self-funded benefit plans
