Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist who will manage employee benefit plans and ensure smooth administration for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers various employee benefit plans and ensures compliance with regulations
  • Processes vendor bills, maintains employee benefit records, and oversees benefits enrollment
  • Coordinates open enrollment activities and communicates new plans and policies to employees
Required Qualifications
  • Five or more years of professional experience in benefits administration
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS/benefits administration systems
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit-specific guidelines such as ERISA and HIPAA
  • Ability to oversee day-to-day operations of employee benefit plans and programs
