Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist who will manage employee benefit plans and ensure smooth administration for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers various employee benefit plans and ensures compliance with regulations
- Processes vendor bills, maintains employee benefit records, and oversees benefits enrollment
- Coordinates open enrollment activities and communicates new plans and policies to employees
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional experience in benefits administration
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Strong knowledge of HRIS/benefits administration systems
- In-depth knowledge of benefit-specific guidelines such as ERISA and HIPAA
- Ability to oversee day-to-day operations of employee benefit plans and programs
