Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage the administration of employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end administration of U.S. employee benefits including health, wellness, and retirement plans
  • Lead annual U.S. open enrollment and coordinate global enrollment activities
  • Administer the U.S. 401(k) retirement program and ensure compliance with benefits regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in U.S. benefits administration
  • Experience managing U.S. 401(k) retirement plans and involvement in annual audits
  • Strong understanding of U.S. compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
  • Experience working with benefits brokers and carriers
