Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile monthly carrier invoices with HRIS eligibility data and payroll deductions
  • Review and validate employee benefit elections and conduct audits for accuracy
  • Support open enrollment and maintain benefits tracking logs and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in benefits administration
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in carrier invoice reconciliation and billing analysis preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH
