Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee benefit plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers various employee benefit plans and ensures smooth operations
  • Processes vendor bills, manages employee benefit records, and coordinates open enrollment activities
  • Provides analytical support and ensures compliance with federal laws related to benefits administration
Required Qualifications
  • Five or more years of professional experience in benefits administration
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS/benefits administration systems
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit-specific guidelines such as DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA
  • Ability to oversee day-to-day operations of employee benefit plans and programs
