Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist who is responsible for the day-to-day execution of benefits administration processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and reconcile monthly carrier invoices against HRIS eligibility data and payroll deductions
  • Audit eligibility files and support HRIS-to-vendor file feeds to ensure data accuracy
  • Support open enrollment processes and maintain benefits tracking logs and audit documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of carrier invoice reconciliation and billing analysis experience
  • Experience working with HRIS and vendor platforms
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and formula-based reconciliation
