Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist who is responsible for the day-to-day execution of benefits administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile monthly carrier invoices against HRIS eligibility data and payroll deductions
- Audit eligibility files and support HRIS-to-vendor file feeds to ensure data accuracy
- Support open enrollment processes and maintain benefits tracking logs and audit documentation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of benefits administration experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of carrier invoice reconciliation and billing analysis experience
- Experience working with HRIS and vendor platforms
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and formula-based reconciliation
