Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Specialist - Leave of Absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support employee leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, PTO, and workers' compensation
  • Review, process, and track leave of absence requests using the leave administration and timekeeping systems
  • Maintain accurate leave records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in leave management or benefits administration
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
  • Experience using HRIS and absence management systems, with a preference for Workday
  • Strong analytical skills for audits, reporting, and data reconciliation
