Job Summary

Detail-oriented and service-minded, the full-time Benefits Administration Specialist will manage benefits administration, vendor coordination, and employee support in a remote environment while utilizing data and employee feedback to enhance benefits utilization and the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee benefits administration tasks including enrollments, life events, and audits within Workday
  • Track benefits insights and utilization, identifying opportunities for improved engagement and understanding
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendor and broker partnerships, resolving issues and supporting open enrollment execution
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Working knowledge of medical, dental, vision plans, HSA/FSA, and disability benefits
  • Experience with third-party benefits administrators or brokers
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation
  • Experience with Workday Benefits strongly preferred
