Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day operations, the full-time HR Benefits Specialist will assist with benefits administration, address employee inquiries, and ensure accurate record keeping while working remotely from designated states.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding various benefits, escalating issues as needed
- Manage support requests through the department's support ticketing system and assist in developing informative materials about benefits
- Ensure accurate processing of enrollments, terminations, and modifications while maintaining up-to-date documentation of benefits policies
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR or benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of benefits programs, laws, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in benefits administration systems
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
