Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator- Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs and conduct regular audits for accuracy
  • Manage employee onboarding processes and oversee medical leave and absence management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain compliance with benefits regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR with substantial benefits responsibility
  • Thorough knowledge of benefits regulations including FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
  • Proven commitment to quality assurance and error-free work
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
