Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator- Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and conduct regular audits for accuracy
- Manage employee onboarding processes and oversee medical leave and absence management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain compliance with benefits regulations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR with substantial benefits responsibility
- Thorough knowledge of benefits regulations including FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
- Proven commitment to quality assurance and error-free work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
