Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer U.S. benefits programs and provide support for Canadian benefits, ensuring compliance and a high-quality employee experience
- Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA and short-term disability, in collaboration with third-party administrators
- Act as the main escalation point for employee benefit and leave issues, providing accurate guidance and support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration with a focus on managing leave cases
- Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
- Proficient in Google Sheets for managing data and tracking benefits
- Experience collaborating with HRIS and Payroll to resolve data-related issues
