Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer various employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
- Maintain and update employee records for accurate payroll deductions and compliance
- Assist employees with benefit-related claims and inquiries, and verify monthly insurance premium statements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and at least two years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and related legal requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Successful completion of a motor vehicle check and pre-employment assessments
