Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator responsible for managing health and welfare benefit programs and leave processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer daily health and welfare benefits, including enrollments and audits
  • Manage the leave administration lifecycle and coordinate STD/LTD claims
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of U.S. benefits administration and leave management experience
  • Experience with modern HRIS/benefits platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, Oracle)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance requirements and regulations
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
