Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to provide administrative support within the Benefits Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all associate welfare benefit plans and provide strategic leadership on benefit-related inquiries
  • Ensure consistent delivery of benefit services and assist HRSC Associates during high-volume periods
  • Organize new hire benefit orientations and run reports for accuracy in HR systems related to benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of experience in human resource business practices or equivalent education and experience
  • High level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
  • Experience with disability management, including leave of absence administration is preferred
