Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to provide administrative support within the Benefits Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all associate welfare benefit plans and provide strategic leadership on benefit-related inquiries
- Ensure consistent delivery of benefit services and assist HRSC Associates during high-volume periods
- Organize new hire benefit orientations and run reports for accuracy in HR systems related to benefits
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in human resource business practices or equivalent education and experience
- High level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Experience with disability management, including leave of absence administration is preferred
