Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator who is passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefit programs for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience
  • Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including short-term and long-term disability, focusing on compliance and empathy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries, resolving employee issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
  • Hands-on experience with U.S. and Canadian benefits programs
  • Strong knowledge of LOA administration and related compliance
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce)
