Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefit programs and serve as a liaison between HR systems and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration and respond to employee support requests
- Help new hires understand and navigate their benefits throughout the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate with benefits vendors and carriers on implementations, audits, and compliance-related activities
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or total rewards
- Experience administering employee benefit programs across multiple carriers and vendors
- Knowledge of benefits administration systems and HRIS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and COBRA
