Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage benefits operations and provide customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage benefits operations for clients and serve as the primary contact for worksite employees
  • Handle email communications and case management within the CRM system Salesforce
  • Provide exceptional customer service focused on client needs
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration with direct client interaction
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with benefit technology platforms, preferably UKG Ready
  • Previous experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred)
