Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage benefits operations and provide customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage benefits operations for clients and serve as the primary contact for worksite employees
- Handle email communications and case management within the CRM system Salesforce
- Provide exceptional customer service focused on client needs
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration with direct client interaction
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with benefit technology platforms, preferably UKG Ready
- Previous experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred)
