Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to support the administration of employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues
  • Administer retirement plan activities and monitor vendor error files
  • Support Open Enrollment planning and execution, ensuring compliance and communication
Required Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA)
  • Experience using an HRIS and collaborating with payroll/finance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of requests
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3-4 years of benefits administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of benefits administration experience preferred
  • Experience supporting a multi-location organization is a plus
