Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to support the administration of employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues
- Administer retirement plan activities and monitor vendor error files
- Support Open Enrollment planning and execution, ensuring compliance and communication
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA)
- Experience using an HRIS and collaborating with payroll/finance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of requests
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Education & Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3-4 years of benefits administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field preferred
- 1-2 years of benefits administration experience preferred
- Experience supporting a multi-location organization is a plus
