Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to support the administration of employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and consultant benefits questions, researching and resolving issues
- Administer retirement plan activities and monitor vendor error files for corrections
- Support Open Enrollment planning and execution, ensuring compliant communications and tracking enrollments
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Experience using an HRIS and collaborating with payroll/finance for accurate deductions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of requests
- Minimum of a high school diploma and 3-4 years of benefits administration experience
