Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to support the administration of employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and consultant benefits questions, researching and resolving issues
  • Administer retirement plan activities and monitor vendor error files for corrections
  • Support Open Enrollment planning and execution, ensuring compliant communications and tracking enrollments
Required Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Experience using an HRIS and collaborating with payroll/finance for accurate deductions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of requests
  • Minimum of a high school diploma and 3-4 years of benefits administration experience
