Job Summary

To support multiple client accounts, the remote full-time Benefits Administrator will utilize benefits administration software to manage client needs, provide technical expertise, and ensure accurate eligibility and enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and retain clients by providing best-in-class service and identifying appropriate benefits administration systems
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits administration workflows, ensuring accurate enrollment, billing, and benefit changes
  • Assist with carrier and vendor issues, acting as a liaison and participating in client meetings to communicate strategies and processes
Required qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience related to employee benefits
  • High School Graduate required; college degree preferred
  • Advanced understanding of employee benefits administration systems, preferably Employee Navigator or comparable
  • Proficiency in internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction
