Job Summary

Supporting the administration of employee benefits and leave programs, the part-time contract Benefits Administrator will manage enrollments, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits and leave programs, providing day-to-day operational support
  • Process new hire benefit enrollments and employee life event changes
  • Reconcile benefit deductions, enrollment records, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience administering employee benefits programs
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, including Workday
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and leave processes across multiple regions
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
