Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and leave programs, the full-time remote Benefits Administrator will manage enrollments, answer employee inquiries, and maintain accurate benefit records while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the administration of health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Coordinate with benefits providers and third-party administrators to monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues
- Assist in the preparation and execution of annual Open Enrollment and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role
- Proven knowledge of benefits practices and regulations
- Familiarity with HRIS and benefits management platforms
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
