Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and changes
- Assist with new-hire benefit orientations and open enrollment process
- Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees and provide support for claims and plan changes
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred
- Proven knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
