Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and changes
  • Assist with new-hire benefit orientations and open enrollment process
  • Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees and provide support for claims and plan changes
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in HR or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred
  • Proven knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
